Module Design —Module Design is a young, professional, ambitious company that is growing and developing, bringing to life incredible projects in the field of design and production of "movable real estate", namely developing from scratch and manufacturing real masterpieces of modern architecture from glass and metal for various purposes (commercial/residential ) in factory conditions, and which have advantages in short lead times and mobility.

We have very ambitious plans, so we invite to the cooperation of an Architect-designer for permanent work in the office.

We need your talent, creativity and organizational skills. If you know how to create innovative, aesthetic buildings, then we are waiting for your resume and portfolio. Having a valid GAP qualification certificate will be an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher specialized education.
• Work experience of 5 years or more, portfolio (cottage development, hotel complexes).
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD/ Revit, Lumion/Twinmotion, Photoshop and other programs.
• Knowledge of building codes is a must.
• Knowledge of modern trends in design, knowledge of modern decoration and building materials and construction technologies.
• Experience of working with metal structures will be an advantage.
• Responsibility, pedantry, creativity, punctuality, attention for details.

DUTIES:< /p>

• Management of projects as an Architect (complex management of the architectural part of the entrusted project).
• Definition of the architectural concept of buildings and structures.
• Constant monitoring of the market from the point view of architecture, following news and trends on the market.
• Development of TK for design and TK for production.
• Independent development of the project at the stages of concept, P and RD.
• li>Control of compliance of design decisions with current regulations and legal acts, technical tasks and requirements of the customer.
• Interaction with approving organizations, control of elimination of comments.
• Participation in negotiations with representatives and services of customers, presentation of the project.
• Selection of materials, production, suppliers.
• Performance of author supervision.
• Interaction with engineers, buyers, production of the company
• Reporting on the performance of tasks, responsibility for the result.
