Creating projects in the ZEZMAN eCity concept, we want to provide a new civilizational model of territorial development that will help Ukraine enter the of the list of developed European countries.

We are looking for an architect-designer for a new building project in Uzhhorod

What needs to be done:

• search and study of urban planning laws of Ukraine
< li>identification and analysis of urban planning restrictions on the object
• analysis of land plots\projects with the aim of determining the possibility of development and recommendations for improvements (incl. analysis of the compliance of DU projects and land restrictions. plots)
• accept documentation from external design organizations
• development of conceptual proposals for the development of land plots, sketching of planning and facade solutions
• support of projects at all stages of design: analysis , verification of project decisions made by external project teams, adjustments according to conceptual decisions
• search and interaction with external architects, developers and other contractors
• formation of technical specifications for external project teams and interaction with external and internal contractors
• linking of adjacent departments and contractors
• checking of projects: compliance with Ukrainian legislation, logic, ergonomics and optimality of project solutions, including from the point of view of economy
• analysis and study of conciliation procedures, if necessary, participation in them
• performance of author supervision on the part of the customer (including visits to construction sites, discussion of decisions, control of project compliance and others)

Area of ​​responsibility:

• conceptual solutions for complex development of plots, project solutions, expertise, author's supervision on the part of the customer.

What you need to know and be able:

• 5 years of work experience;
• knowledge of the legislative framework in the construction industry; /li> /li>
• organizational abilities, analytical thinking, creative thinking, responsibility, sociability, focus on resultsтат
