Duties: development of project documentation for construction (new construction, reconstruction, major repair); performance of the duties of the chief architect of the project; work in the Unified Electronic System in the field of construction; analysis and/or inspection of objects before the implementation of project works; compilation of initial data necessary for the development of project documentation; agreement of materials and equipment with the customer ;presentation of design materials to the customer; protection of design decisions before the customer, experts and state supervision (control) bodies; determination of the scope of work and terms of project implementation; implementation of the author's supervision; participation in the introduction of construction objects into operation; participation in work meetings. Requirements: higher specialized education; availability of a valid qualification certificate (class of consequences (responsibility) SS3); thorough knowledge of regulatory acts and documents in the field of construction (DBN, DSTU, GOST, SNiP); experience of successfully implemented projects (residential, public, warehouse, industrial buildings and protective structures of civil protection) based on a resume and information from the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction; knowledge and experience of working in the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction; knowledge of working in AutoCAD, Revit and/or Archicad, 3DSMax, Photoshop, SketchUp. knowledge of modern technologies in construction; high level of communication; knowledge of the English language will be an advantage. The presence of a PORTFOLIO (or a link to a portfolio) is mandatory.
