Areas of responsibility: Development of the architectural part of projects at various stages; Preparation of proposals for urban planning and architectural solutions; Participation in meetings of project working groups, seminars and conferences; Application and compliance in the design process of all current regulatory documents; Adherence to deadlines for the completion of assigned tasks What we expect from the candidate: Higher education in the field of architecture; Knowledge of software - mandatory: SketchUp, Autocad Architecture, Revit Architecture; will be an advantage of Photoshop and InDesign; Knowledge of the construction industry (materials, work performance technology) and regulatory acts (DBN, DSTU, etc.); Experience of working on real projects at various stages of design; Ability to work in a team and effective communication.
