Architect position is one of the key ones in AVR Development. It is thanks to a strong and motivated team of architects that all our projects come to life. That is why we invite you to join our team!

Areas of responsibility:

• Development of the architectural part of projects at various stages;
• Preparation of proposals for urban planning and architectural solutions;
• Participation in meetings of project working groups, seminars and conferences;
• Application and compliance in the design process with all applicable regulatory documents;
• Adherence to the deadlines for the completion of assigned tasks

What we expect from the candidate:

• Excessive desire to work on personal development, boundless love for modern of architecture and satisfaction from the realization of their projects in reality;
• Knowledge of software - mandatory: SketchUp, Autocad Architecture, Revit Architecture; preferably Photoshop and InDesign;
• Knowledge of the construction industry (materials, work execution technology) and legal acts (DBN, DSTU, etc.);
• Experience of working on real projects at all stages of design ;
• Responsibility, openness to interaction in a team.
