We are a company with extensive experience and a positive image on the market of Ukraine and Europe, which performs a full range of design, engineering, construction and repair work, as well as design and furniture production. Our portfolio consists of completed projects of high complexity.

In the project development department, which consists of three departments: engineering, design and architecture, there is a vacant position of Architect.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have a higher professional education;
• You have knowledge normative documentation of the National Academy of Sciences, DSTU, etc.;
• Own programs Revit, Archicad, 3Ds Max, Lumion, AutoCAD, Photoshop (will be an advantage);
• Have practical experience in a similar position;
• From the list of optional, but desirable: you have a portfolio of realized objects, interest in interiors and desire to work in this direction;

What tasks are faced by an architect in our company:

• Development of project documentation of the EP and RD stage (mandatory)                                           (interiors of residential buildings, commercial objects - offices, restaurants, shops);
• Design and development of technical solutions, accompanying and project documentation;
• Presentation of the company before the customer, related and subcontractor organizations at negotiations and meetings on design issues;
• Maintenance of working correspondence;
• Defense of decisions before customer representatives;
• experience in introducing author supervision and project support, control of associates (engineers) transfer of tasks to others divisions.
