Responsibilities:

• Measuring works.
• Preparation of consolidated plans and connection of engineering sections with architectural, planning and technological solutions of the project;.
• Preparation of working documentation of AI design project, drawings, at all stages of the project;.
• Preparation of technical tasks for adjacent departments;
• Timely and high-quality execution of project works by AR, ТХ, Design departments; 400">Requirements:
  • Higher education, preferably an architect, civil engineer.
  • Work experience from 2 years.
  • Knowledge of ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3DMAX, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, PC MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of regulatory documents.
  • Skills in conducting design in parallel with construction.
  • Skills in working with subcontractors in the field of construction.
  • Responsibility, independent decision-making, diligence.
  • Attention to details.
