We are looking for our team< strong>Architect

Our expectations:

• Higher architectural education.
• Preferred work experience of at least 2 years, residential and public construction.
• Perfect knowledge of ArchiCAD and Revit, confident user of AutoCAD, 3d MAX, Adobe Photoshop . 
• Knowledge of norms and rules for the design and construction of residential and public buildings.
• Experience in developing working documentation of the AR section independently or as part of a working group.
• Skills work in a team.

Certified Architects are preferred.

Tasks:

• Development of architectural and construction parts of projects at all stages of design (EP, P, R, RP).
• Planning - sketch of plans, coordination with designers, engineers and general planners, without loss of architectural quality.
• Control of compliance with design norms and standards.
• Interaction with the customer's service.
• Interaction with construction, related divisions and contracting organizations.
• Organization and conduct of author supervision.< /li>
• Compilation of technical tasks for specialists.
