Requirements for the candidate:

• Professional higher education or master's student.
• Fluency in ArchiCAD or Revit. Ability to work in SketchUp, Autocad, Photoshop.
• Ability to work with regulatory documents, knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of architectural and urban planning activities.
• Ability to work with DIA and EDESSB is welcome.

• Digital literacy - Google, Microsoft, JIRA tools are welcome.
• Ability to create conceptual 3D visualizations.
• Communication, responsibility, discipline, desire to work in a team.

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Readiness for frequent business trips.

Your tasks will be:

• Participation in the design process from concept to delivery of the object.
• Analysis of design areas in order to determine urban planning and planning restrictions. Revealing the potential of the site for future development.
• Formation of the design and construction strategy (from idea to commissioning).
• Working with permit documents (obtaining town planning conditions and restrictions, submitting documents for obtaining construction permit, submission of documents for putting the facility into operation).
• Working with design organizations in terms of forming a design task, meeting design deadlines, checking received design materials.
