We are looking for reliable and customer-focused candidates to join our Arabic language customer support team in a shift-based role for an international digital platform operating 24/7.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support in Arabic via chat, email, or internal systems
Assist users with account-related and general inquiries
Monitor user activity and escalate issues when required
Follow internal procedures and service guidelines
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Work Schedule:
Shift-based work (morning / evening / night)
Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Requirements:
Fluent Arabic (reading and writing)
Good English communication skills (reading and writing)
Basic computer and system navigation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
High level of responsibility and attention to detail
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
