Take your next step with Saulsbury Industries!Location: Odessa, TXType: Full timeGeneral Information/Job SummaryProvide support for the Accounting Department.Responsibilities/CompetenciesResponsible for tracking signed time sheets on all Time & Material projects to which assigned.Work with project managers and others to resolve discrepancies.Work with Billing Specialists and assist in preparing preliminary work required before invoicing customers.Submit applicable invoices through customer online systems.Provide support by performing other tasks as necessary.Ability to review and gather invoicing requirements from customer contracts.RequirementsPrevious billing experience is a must.Multi-state tax experience a plusPrevious Accounts Receivable experience is a must.Data entry and computer skills a must, Microsoft Excel a plus.Time management is a plus.Detail oriented and accurateWork as a team in a fast-paced environmentPunctuality and attendance are a must.Maintain confidentiality of informationExpected to adhere to dress code requirements.The satisfactory completion of a credit check is required for this position. **Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Ability to walk the property and or laydown yards.Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.Saulsbury is an equal opportunity employer.
