AQA Tech Lead in QA Madness

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced AQA Tech Lead to become a great addition to our team.

HARD SKILLS:

— 5+ years’ of hands-on experience in developing automated tests using test automation frameworks at the UI, API and DB layers;

— Practical experience in analysing business needs for test automation, selecting and evaluating new tools for the company;

— Proven experience in strategizing, developing from scratch and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks;

— Proven experience in at least one of the scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar;

— Solid technical understanding of Web Development principles, Mobile Applications and APIs: XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST;

— 3+ years’ experience supporting the delivery of quality products in agile teams;

— Previous experience with relational databases and scripting in SQL;

— Working knowledge of GIT, Bitbucket, Azure Devops and modern-day CI/CD;

— Hands-on experience with programming or automation in Selenium, Playwright or Cypress;

— Working experience with build automation and frameworks, such as JUnit, Spring Boot, TestNG, Maven, Gradle;

— Hands-on experience with API Testing using SoapUI, Postman and Swagger;

— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent in a related technical field;

— At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (effective written and verbal communication).

SOFT SKILLS:

— Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross functional team of business analysts, project managers and software developers;

— Ability to consistently meet strict delivery deadlines;

— Strong oral and written communication skills.
