The ideal candidate will beable toconstruct comprehensive testing and automation frameworks tailored toproject needs, all while managing multiple tasks and enhancing the company’s testing protocols. Our client, aprominent media and entertainment services provider, relies onhis software solutions tofacilitate virtual viewing, review, and approval processes for major studios and production companies. About the Position: From day one, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and execution ofnew test cases, addressing areas where defects are identified. Collaborating closely with support and development teams, you will serve asthe primary liaison for managing escalated customer issues and ensuring efficient defect resolution. Expect toinnovate new workflows, defect tracking systems, and resolution protocols tostreamline operations. Additionally, you will play apivotal role inthe release management process. Requirements: Minimum five years ofexperience inanAQA role Proficiency inend-to-end and integration automation testing Strong command ofPython and JavaScript programming languages Familiarity with Playwright, Cypress, orAppium isadvantageous Extensive knowledge ofSDLC/STLC Demonstrated expertise inmanual testing Experience with GitHub orsimilar version control systems Understanding ofCI/CD processes Experience inmobile testing ispreferred Minimum one year ofrelevant SaaS testing experience Responsibilities: Define testing parameters for new features and generate comprehensive test documentation. Develop end-to-end and integration tests. Conducted regression testing for product releases and supported deployment activities. Monitor and communicate QAKPI metrics tokey stakeholders Drive the development ofstreamlined workflows and defect-resolution processes Collaborate closely with development and product teams toalign with requirements Interface with support and development teams toefficiently address customer issues
