Role Description:

Ā 

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team and support our sales team by contacting prospective clients via Upwork / Email / LinkedIn / Cold calls to ensure our sales professionals meet their monthly meeting goals.

Ā 

An Appointment Setter’s responsibilities include making sure that potential clients might be interested in our products and services, and then scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one or in groups with our organization’s Sales Representatives, conducting cold calls using our client database, recovering No-Show appointments, and doing manual prospecting in our CRM database.

Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.

Ā 

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer basic questions and concerns about the products and services

- Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative

- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered

- Attempt to contact prospective clients whom you have been unable to contact

- Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to introduce our product.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role

- 2 years of experience with Upwork

- 1 year of hands-on experience with Hubspot

- Experience in cold calling

- Attention to detail

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills

- A professional and courteous disposition

- Persuasive and results-oriented

- Being fast and proactive in answering clients

- Ability to solve problems independently

- Readiness to work in a dynamic environment – seriously, we’re still growing as a company, so you have to be flexible when it comes to rapid changes
