A true partner of the business project manager, you manage the activities under the responsibility of the IT department (compliance with the methodology, administrative monitoring, integration into the IS, monitoring of suppliers, etc.) and you manage all stakeholders cross-functionally. of your projects and make sure to support change in order to guarantee support and ownership of the expected transformations. Our major expectations for this position: You manage the projects entrusted to you: 1. You define the issues, objectives, and governance of the project in collaboration with the stakeholders. - You propose a schedule, contributors, a budget, and identify possible sources of financing (patronage, donors, etc.). - In addition, you formalize the risks associated with the project - You ensure integration into the IS in collaboration with the Urbanization unit of the DSI by having an urbanization study carried out during scoping phase 2. You lead the project team: – You set up and lead project committees, mobilize the necessary resources, and manage the issues of project contributors. You embody the values ​​of the organization and give meaning to each functional management action 3. You ensure the management of the phases and deliverables of the projects: – You guarantee the project methodology, organize and monitor the progress of the phases in terms of quality, costs and deadlines. – You validate expenses, manage the relationship with external service providers, and ensure budget monitoring. – In addition, you also carry out or validate intermediate deliverables, ensure project reporting and recommend measures in the event of deviations from objectives. 4. Finally, you ensure the continuity of the project: – You ensure the development of operating modes for the "run" mode of the project, support for users during production/deployment, and the handover of the relationship between external service providers and internal support teams. – You carry out an evaluation and assessment of the project to capitalize on successes/difficulties and close all subjects correctly Requirements The premises are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro).
