In this role, you will use our app's tools to maximize user acquisition, retention and sales. You will play a key role in developing gamification and in-app retention strategies and deeply analyze data to drive sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention. Analyze user behavior data to identify trends and growth opportunities. Design and oversee the implementation of in-app gamification features to increase user engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with the technical team to improve functionality application based on feedback and analytics.Managing automated in-app marketing campaigns, including personalized discounts and cashbacks.Participating in designing an effective user feedback system and using it for analytics and system improvements.Continuously testing and optimizing new features and marketing approaches to increase frequency and volume of sales.Preparation of regular reports on engagement indicators, sales results and effectiveness of implemented strategies.Requirements:Experience in a similar position with an emphasis on user acquisition and application monetization from 1 year.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and consumer behavior analysis.Knowledge of metrics mobile applications and A/B testing methodologies.
