Responsibilities:

• Authentication customers.
• Answering support requests and analyzing customer data to provide valuable information.
• Detecting and preventing multiple account usage.
• Efficient processing of tickets from other departments .
• Approval or cancellation of payment applications based on fraud analysis.

• Conducting anti-fraud checks when submitting payment applications using data from Excel.
