Antifraud Analyst/Data Analyst Kyiv, Dnipro Our mission: improvement of the system of fraud analysis and detection, which will help protect clients' finances as much as possible and develop their trust in the bank, reduce the risk of fraud in Ukraine as a whole. teamwork, self-development, the initiative to develop a sense of belonging to socially significant work We are looking for a person who will: analyze a large array of data for the purpose of identifying unusual features, identifying patterns and correlations related to fraud, in-depth fiche engineering; to build rules and algorithms for identifying segments of fraud victims and fraud participants with further research work and experiments to select optimal settings, optimization and updating of algorithms; develop and adjust models and machine learning based on historical data and fraud patterns to predict the probability of fraudulent actions among the client base; and identify and segment customers based on the level of fraud risk. Developing strategies to prevent fraud among these segments; prepare reports, analysts on the effectiveness and results of sets of rules and models; to study new technologies and methods for the continuous development of fraud prevention algorithms/models and maintaining their relevance; analyze and make proposals for improving the bank's security systems based on the identified risks of vulnerabilities. You are suitable if you have: experience of working with large volumes of data and analysis; understanding of business processes and methods of fraud in the financial sphere; understanding of mathematical concepts (linear algebra, probability, statistics) to understand machine learning algorithms; practice of working with Microsoft SQLServer databases, including writing queries, procedures and query optimization; experience with Python libraries (pandas, NumPy) for data processing, cleaning and analysis; experience in using Python libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to create and optimize models; the ability to use mathematical and statistical methods to analyze large volumes of data and identify patterns; experience with machine learning algorithms, including classification, regression, clustering, neural networks, etc.; willingness to constantly improve their skills, learn new methods and tools related to data analysis and Data Science.
