How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• development of new functionality, support of existing
• coverage of functionality with tests (JUnit, Spek)
• error correction
• analysis of causes and finding solutions to production incidents
• participation in team code reviews
• participation in discussing future tasks before execution
• keeping true and accurate git and Jira history

Challenges for three months:
• getting to know the team
• getting to know the project structure
• mastering the business logic of projects
• mastering approaches to designing and writing code within the company
• finding bottlenecks and ways to optimize them
• participating in code reviews within the team

To achieve results, you will need:

• 3+ years of Kotlin development experience
• experience using Jetpack Compose
• confident understanding and use of OOP and SOLID principles
• confident knowledge of Java Core: core, collections, concurrency, networking
• Android Framework: Core Android API, UI, Android Jetpack, threading model and popular third-party libraries
• experience using Gradle, RxJava, Coroutines
• coverage of functionality with tests (JUnit, Spek)
• confident understanding and use of MVVM/MVI patterns

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
