Requirements Experience inAndroid Development: Proficient inKotlin, with extensive experience inusing Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming and state management. Solid knowledge ofJetpack Compose for modern UIdevelopment, alongside the comprehensive understanding ofthe Android SDK. Prior experience with RxJava isappreciated, though atransition towards Kotlin Coroutines and Flow ispreferred for projects involving Jetpack Compose. Android UX/UI Design Skills: Strong understanding ofAndroid’s UX/UI guidelines and best practices, with the capability towork well with the designers tomake apps look great. Should have the skills tofind abalance between design, quality, and development velocity. Code Quality and Practices: Should write clean, reusable, testable, and readable code, adhering toSOLID principles and test-driven development (TDD) practices. Knowledge ofMobile Apps: Should know about the latest trends inmobile apps, how tobuild them well, and new technologies that can beused. Experience addressing mobile development challenges related toperformance optimization, caching, security, and the use ofnative components/SDKs. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Proficiency: Solid understanding ofOOP principles and design patterns, emphasizing maintainability and scalability. Integration Experience: Must beskilled inusing APIs and working with data formats like JSON, REST toconnect the app with other services. Having experience with integrating social networks such asGoogle and Facebook would beabig plus. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills across all levels ofthe organization and external 3rd parties/ suppliers. Language Proficiency: Upper-intermediate orhigher level ofspoken and written English.
