Android Developer in Do IT Relocation

Company:  An innovative, fast-growing and progressive investment firm is seeking to recruit a highly experienced, responsible Android Developer to join a team of professionals.

This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Android Developer to further develop their career with one of the fast-growing investment firms operating in Cyprus.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

- Support and development of an existing application (client’s personal account, including:

payment systems, transaction history, statistics, trading, charts, etc.)

- Design and develop advanced Android applications using Java/Kotlin.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

- Work with external APIs to integrate new features and functionalities into our applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Android development.

- Optimize and debug applications to ensure high performance and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to teammates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and execute project deliverables.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.

- Ensure the security and privacy of user data in our applications.

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of professional experience in Android development;

- Russian language would be a big advantage;

- Development in Kotlin and Java;

- Working with Git and WebSockets;

- Understanding of MVVM/MVI, Clean Architecture, Hilt, Navigation component;

RxJava/Coroutines, Room, Retrofit;

- Ability to understand someone else‘s code, Java legacy project;

- Experience with SciCharts charts will be a big advantage;

- Independence, attention to details, competency;

- Ability to understand someone else‘s code;

- Processing documentation in English;

- Work on - site.
