For seven years, more than 150 products were created, including Dollar-Shave Club, Goat and Aspiration. Our RnD team launched 7 successful startups, among them: Plai, Sommo, Dyvo and Rozmova. Required skills: 2+ years of experience in Android development; Knowledge of algorithms and data structures; Knowledge of OOP, Kotlin and Android SDK; Experience with SOLID principles and design templates; Understanding how libraries work (Retrofit, Dagger2, Glide/Fresco, etc.); Experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow; Experience writing custom Android views; Understanding how Git works (Git Flow/ Trunk Based Development); Product-oriented thinking (proactivity and pragmatism in adopting technical solutions); The ability to properly plan one's own time by drawing up priorities and downloading; The ability to achieve results without special instructions from the manager; Ability to actively share reviews; Follow Android trends; Upper intermediate level of English (written and spoken). It will be an advantage: Experience with Jetpack Compose; Experience working with multi-module architecture; Experience with SQL databases (including ORMs such as Room); Experience with CI/CD (CircleCI, Github Actions, Fastlane); Experience working as an analyst (segment, amplitude); Experience with tests (JUnit, Espresso, Robolectric); Experience profiling performance using tools in Android Studio; Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/ Kanban/ others). Any public activity (reports, articles, contribution to open source). Your tasks: Development of mobile applications; Support and improvement of product quality with the help of constant refactoring, modularization and testing; Adherence to best practices (clean architecture, Android architecture components, MVP/MVVM/MVI/, CI/CD); Perform code reviews and participate in Agile ceremonies; Communication with clients, designers, product managers and other engineers to solve problems and implement solutions; Write/provide/create quality technical documentation.
