The candidate will report to the Senior Managers & Managers & part of a team working in country at the highest level of Government. The team based in Kyiv consists of 5+ nationalities with a range of experiences across government, public sector advisory & strategy consulting.The ideal candidate will have strong academic results from a top academic institution in Ukraine, a keen interest in Government delivery and an excellent level of English. Candidates must have graduated from university no earlier than 18 months ago to be considered for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesThe focus of this role will be to support delivery of projects for the government, including developing policy and strategy, as well as accelerating delivery. The role will require interaction with government, NGOs and private sector organistions. As such, we are looking for a strategic thinker with great communication skills, who has a drive to get his or her work implemented and deliver tangible results. Associate will have the following responsibilities:Support TBI’s role in delivering strategic direction, policy advice and delivery of projects to our government counterparts, spanning a broad range of topics and fluctuating over time, such as climate, healthcare, energy, agriculture, and economic development, government organization and governance processes, social issues, foreign policy, etc.Conduct in-depth analyses and advise on key policy topics and international developments as needed to support the client’s policymaking and decision-making on priority projects and enhance the government’s ability to respond and adapt to global and regional trends.Engage with client counterparts for data gathering andestablish relationship of trust with counterparts, as a go-to-person for analytics. Engage & work in close cooperation with TBI team.
