Requirements:

• degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields is a strong asset,
• proven experience in finance or accounting is highly desirable,
• proficiency in English and Spanish at a B2 level,
• outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills,
• mid to advanced expertise in Excel,
• attention to detail and a proactive mindset for error detection.

Responsibilities:

• monitoring and reviewing customer payment statuses,
• compiling data for report generation,
• collaborating with internal stakeholders,
• sending inquiries to customers regarding unpaid balances,
• offering recommendations to improve operational processes,
• engaging with internal teams for seamless cooperation,
• assisting in the month-end closing activities,
• ensuring daily tasks are completed in line with targets and deadlines,
• actively contributing to projects focused on standardization, automation, and ongoing process improvements.
