Analyst (VBA) Management of sales support and customer service in OTP BANK Ukraine

Your future functionality:

• processing data arrays: working with a large amount of data;
• building reports for a network of branches and department;
• development of report templates in Excel (development: set of columns, formulas in columns for analytics, visual design; construction of graphs and summary tables);
• automation and optimization of manual work by writing VBA macros
• calculation of the fulfillment of goals by departmental teams and up to the employee level.

Our candidate has:

• a confident level of mastery of Excel - experience with macros, etc.;
• analytics and analysis - the ability to analyze large volumes of information, identify trends and make predictions based on the received data;
• proactivity and ideas to improve existing processes;
• cooperation with the product team for searching for points of growth of indicators.
