This is what you will do at Kyivstar:

• Analyze how effectively and efficiently Kyivstar's targeted campaigns are running, prepare reports on them

• Research the client base data, determine the factors that describe the behavior of subscribers

• Prepare business cases and forecasts in the direction of CRM (flow, campaign results, revenues)

• Work with models and algorithms of customer behavior: compile, test their validity on control and experimental groups, put into operation, transfer to customers, provide expert support, complete or modify as necessary

• Prepare regular and Ad-Hoc reports, analyze data in various sections, supplement their reports expanded with comments and explanations (analytical notes)

• Develop methods and procedures in the direction of analytical CRM

We are waiting for you if:

• You already have 2 years of work experience in the field of product performance analysis and marketing campaigns or strategic/marketing analysis and forecasting.

• You analyze primary and secondary information in one breath, know how to summarize and systematize it, you highlight important factors, phenomena and events, evaluate their impact

• You know SQL well and you can handle large data sets without problems

• You don't need to explain how to prepare reports and presentations

• You know how to work in MS Office programs, in particular MS Excel and Power Point

• You are ready to execute projects in a timely and qualitative manner and provide their results to customers

• You already had to work with new methods of analysis

• You love challenges and non-standard approaches to work and know how to find innovative solutions

• Your level of English is from intermediate and above

We will be delighted if you have experience in Data Science and independently write predictive models using Machine Learning, know the criteria for evaluating their quality and know how to conduct pilot testing.
