Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as an analyst specifically with HR research, (at least 2 years)
• Education: HR, sociology , social sciences, marketing
• Knowledge of quantitative research methods, statistical analysis, principles of sample population formation
• Experience of preparing and conducting presentations to clients, ability to prepare accurate conclusions in accordance with the client's business tasks

• Experience in communication with clients and research team
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel, Power Point)

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of SPSS
• Experience in MS PowerBI, Tableau and R is also welcome
• English: Advanced (B2) and above.

Your main functions:

• Analysis of client requests, participation in the preparation of proposals in the direction of HR research
• Participation in negotiations with clients
• Participation in the development of research design
• Management of the research project (in particular, communication with clients and the team)
• Toolkit development
• Field stage implementation control
• Data analysis, preparation of analytical reports
• Conducting presentations of the obtained results to clients
• Participation in product development and improvement of reporting formats
