Analyst (sales and marketing) in SnackProduction

The Snack Production company is the largest national association of trade and production enterprises (TM Flint, Khutorok, Morski, San Sanich, Big Bob, Chipster's, Zeffir), which maintains the leadership in its segment and successfully carries out its activities in Ukraine and abroad, invites to its team a leading project manager.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in a similar position in the FMCG field or in category manager, business analyst, territorial manager, supervisor.
• Experience in evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of sales department activities, forecasting and sales planning.
• Skills for working with Excel, 1C (8.x) at the level of an advanced user.
• Analytical mindset, systematicity, ability to work with large data sets.

What will you do?

• Analyze and calculate sales of products in retail outlets (TT) (dynamics, quantity, etc.).
• Forecast and plan sales by brand (annual, monthly) .
• Submit technical tasks to the IT department to optimize the time for the execution of sales department reporting.
• Control the fulfillment of conditions regarding marketing payments at retail TTs in the territory.
• Make changes to the "Methodical help for employees of the sales department" in order to keep the data up-to-date.
• Regularly monitor the situation in the TT in the territory.
• Provide analytical reporting on current projects.
