What knowledge and skills do you need for this job: Research skills; Ability to prioritize and estimate time spent on research and finding solutions; Knowledge of systems analysis; Skills of conducting interviews; Knowledge of descriptive data analysis; Skills of moderating events. It will be a plus if you have :Understanding the procurement process in the Prozorro system;Experience with quantitative data analysis methods;Experience with at least one of the business process notations (BPMN, EPC, IDEF or others);Experience with Qlik Sense or a similar BI tool We are looking for a person who will dig in to the essence of problems in public procurement and reconstruction, communicate with a large number of interested parties and organize the search for the best solutions to these problems. This helps the state to become economically stronger. To do this, we: monitor changes in legislation: we work to stop harmful initiatives and support useful ones together with government bodies, business and civil society; we study trends so that changes are truly justified and necessary; we monitor procurement and report corruption to management, controlling and law enforcement agencies; we develop monitoring and analytical tools.
