We are looking for  Analyst/Researcher /Talent Sourcer for Recruitment & Talent Management projects (remote work).

Key tasks will include:

• Finding candidates' profiles using various search tools and platforms (candidates databases / LinkedIn) according to preliminary defined criteria
• Formatting CVs (from 'candidates' standards to our CV standards)
• Preparing individual & group reports and presentations based on assessment tools (personality questionnaires Hogan, Psytech; 360 feedback assessment)
• Preparation of materials for training/Assessment Centers, translation of documents
• Coordination during Assessment Centers

Key requirements:

• Interest in recruitment/talent management/HR area. Previous experience in this domain - highly preferred
• English - at least intermediate, ideally advanced
• Strong research skills and attention to details
• Ability to perform tasks in timely manner and with good level of quality
• Interest to learn & develop

Working hours/workload can be discussed and managed in flexible way (full day/part-time). For the moment we are working mainly remote
