Analyst/Researcher Kyiv We are looking for a person who will be able to dig deep into the problems of public procurement and reconstruction, communicate with a wide range of interested parties and organize the search for the best solutions to these problems. What will you do: Express examination of a potential problem; Preparation of the research plan; Data collection to understand current issues and existing limitations; Validation of research results; Search for potential solutions to the given problems with the involvement of experts and interested parties; Validation of received problem solutions; Preparation of research recommendations and presentation of findings/solutions. What kind of knowledge do you need for this job: Research skills; The ability to prioritize and estimate the time spent on research and the search for solutions; Knowledge of system analysis; Interviewing skills; Knowledge of descriptive data analysis; Event moderation skills. It will be a plus if you have: Understanding of the procurement process in the Prozorro system; Experience with quantitative methods of data analysis; Work experience with one of the annotations of business processes (BPMN, EPC, IDEF or others); Experience working with Qlik Sense or a similar tool.
