Analyst, reconciliation manager/Reconciliation Specialist in EvoPlay

We are looking for Analyst, reconciliation manager/Reconciliation Specialist

Evoplay is one of the leading product IT companies of Ukraine, which works on the international market and creates complex B2B solutions for the online games industry.

The project is abilling platform payments, which ensures the processing of transactions through various payment methods and providers.

Responsibilities:

• Daily interaction with the team responsible for the reconciliation of transactions: verification, optimization of processes, analysis of deviations.

• Conducting daily reconciliations with payment providers regarding discrepancies in statuses, amounts, currencies, and the number of transactions.

• Reconciliation of the payment system after the launch of new functionalities or channels.

• Processing requests from analysts, the financial department, accounting and related departments regarding the preparation and provision of reports, the formation of downloads and reconciliation results

• Maintaining reports on the conducted reconciliations and providing regular results to the manager.

Requirements:

Must have:

• Proficient in Excel (Expert level: formulas, pivot tables, logic, validations, conditional formatting).

• Understanding of billing processes, payment infrastructure, banking and card payments.
