We are constantly expanding our team and we are looking for an analyst (real estate, development)

Main tasks:

• Conducting market research of the real estate market.
• Analysis competitive environment.
• Monitoring of legislative changes affecting the industry.
• Systematization of reporting on the results of the work of sales departments and preparation of reports to the company management.
• Pricing, participation in the formation of loyalty programs, development of a strategy for the promotion of projects and the company.
• Evaluation of the investment attractiveness of new objects, plots.
• Regular monitoring of domestic and world experience of construction companies, the formation of proposals for optimizing activities and increasing efficiency.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education.
• Work experience of 2 years (in construction will be advantage).
• Practical knowledge 1C.
• Knowledge of the residential and commercial real estate market of Kyiv, the basics of pricing.
• Experience in drafting analytical reports and business plans, working with large data sets.
• Developed system analysis skills, attention to details.
• Analytical mindset, ability to formulate research results concisely and in essence and reporting.
• High self-organization, active life position, responsibility, focus on results, desire and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, stress resistance.
