Analyst (real estate) in RITM

Requirements:< /b>

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year,
• strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw actionable conclusions,
• having best practice experience working with SQL,
• experience with APIs (loading and transforming data from services into insights and recommendations),
• data visualization skills and experience with BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau),
• deep understanding of variables affecting product profitability,
• understanding of general principles of customer service from the point of view of business objectives,
• strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Providing analytical support,
• developing the reporting system,
• owning the company's data and insights by becoming the primary point of contact for data,
• visualizing performance metrics through dashboards so that end users can make decisions based on data,
• determine and calculate relevant KPIs for performance monitoring,
• conduct in-depth analysis indicators to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
