Analyst (process) in Kredi Agrikol, bank

Functional duties:

< li>Creation and up-to-date maintenance of the Bank’s regulatory documents (maintenance of internal operational process documentation);
• Process modeling (as-is and “as-should-be” process schemes);
• Design of target processes for their further digitization and development of business requirements for improvements in the Bank's IT systems;
• Analysis and implementation of actions to optimize processes;
• Definition of process metrics, organization of their measurements;< /li>
• Participation in the implementation of legislative changes in bank processes;
• Interaction with various divisions of the Bank in terms of process modernization and document updating.

Requirements for candidates :

• Ability to analyze and structure large volumes of information, attention to details;
• Knowledge of process reengineering and organizational management methodologies;
• Skills in creating regulatory documents , knowledge of banking legislation, NBU requirements for the Bank's regulatory documents;
• Confident user of MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, Power Point);
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language;

• Proficiency in English is desirable, but not mandatory.
