Your key tasks:
Order management: Prompt processing of requests from managers, checking reserves and product availability in the 1C database.
Document management: Issuing a complete package of documents (invoices, expense invoices, TTN) and control of the return of originals.
Sales analytics: Collection, processing and analysis of data about sales to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Preparation of reports and presentations for management with recommendations for sales optimization.
Monitoring the execution of sales plans and analyzing the causes of deviations.
Collaboration with sales and logistics teams to improve processes.
Participation in the formation of forecasts and budgets based on analytical data.
Pricing: Control of the relevance of price lists, establishment of discounts and promotional prices according to orders.
Coordination: Interaction with logistics and warehouse to ensure timely shipment.
?? Our expectations from the candidate:
Knowledge of systems: Confident work experience in 1C UT (Trade Management)
Analytical toolkit: In-depth knowledge of Excel (VPR/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query).
Work with EDO: Experience with electronic document management systems (Vchasno, M.E.Doc).
Attention: High speed of data processing without loss of quality (work with articles, prices, barcodes).
