Analyst (operational department) in Comfy

COMFY is looking for an Analytics for the operations department (administration and analysis of the online system and implementation of KPI-based changes indicators).

Tasks with which you will work:

• Formation and analysis of KPI indicators of the retail network that affect business achievements purposes
• UI changes, Ad hoc requests and operational support of the product, deviations from the work of system tools
• Formation of reports
• Management of references in the web interface

We expect:

• A high level of mastery of Excel is a must
• A basic understanding of Power BI / Tableau, SQL
• Willingness to learn and develop, initiative, systems and logical thinking
• Developed communication skills, business communication experience,
