Analyst on work with employee motivation in Galaktika, PP

We actively WORK, DONATE, BELIEVE IN VICTORY all day long under difficult conditions! compliance of the accrued motivation with the agreed motivational programs; Participation in the development and support of the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of employees / sales teams; Participation in the development of KPI for sales teams; Automation of the process of accrual of motivation in cloud systems; Additionally: display of used fuel in the cloud system and control of maintenance of fuel limits. Candidate requirements Higher education; Experience analytical and administrative work; Experience in calculating bonuses and other motivation for employees (especially sales employees) will be an advantage; High level of understanding of details; Strong analytical skills; Above average proficiency in MS Office (MSExcel); Developed communication skills, ability to work effectively with different departments; Experience work in distribution will be an advantage; understanding of the rules for calculating salary.
