Sales analyst (international manufacturing company) in Promotion

Our client is an international manufacturing company, invites Sales analyst to the regional team (work in the Kyiv office).

The main purpose of the position: providing analytical support to the regional department, ensuring high-quality collection, processing and visualization of data for effective management of sales and team plans.

Main responsibilities

• Provide analytical support of the department.

• Work with CRM systems Qlik Cloud, Emigo, Track Me.

• Control of financial documents: acts, payments, documentation verification.

• Distribution of plans between regional representatives and retail outlets.

• Compilation and submission of data for payroll to consultants.

• Systematization of sales data (weekly/monthly), preparation of reports and visualization.

• Calculation of bonuses for the regional team.

Requirements:

• Graduated from university education.

• Experience as an analyst from 2 years.

• A confident user of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).

• Knowledge of QlikView / QlikSense will be an advantage.

• English language - basic level.

• Analytical thinking, attention to details, responsibility.

• Ability to work with large data sets and form analytical conclusions.
