Analyst of the Railway Services Procurement Department in Metinvest

We are looking for an analyst for the procurement department of railway services for the METINVEST-SHIPPING Group enterprise. What you need to do: conduct a comparative analysis of planned and actual logistics costs; prepare a factor analysis of changes relative to the base period, analytical reports, summaries of information, letters, slides for presentations; analyze changes in legislation in the field of railway transport; evaluate the possibility of optimizing expenditures on UZ railway tariffs (infrastructure); ensure the design and coordination of protocols for agreeing the cost of railway transportation (calculation of UAH/t from the profitability of a semi-car) and protocols of tender committees; calculate end-to-end logistics with the addition of transshipment and sea freight; compare end-to-end logistics according to different transportation routes. Our expectations: higher education in the field of economics or transport and logistics; work experience of 1 year in the field of transportation organization of production and logistics companies; advanced level of mastery of MS Excel, TM card, knowledge of SAP / SAP Ariba will be an advantage; stress resistance, communication skills, analytical mindset, ability to work independently and in a team, desire to organize and structure the work process, work time planning; responsible attitude to work, loyalty to irregular working hours.
