Analyst of the Railway Services Procurement Department in Metinvest

We are looking for an analyst for the railway services procurement department for the METINVEST-SHIPPING Group enterprise. What needs to be done: carry out a comparative analysis of planned and actual costs for logistics; prepare a factor analysis of changes relative to the base period, analytical reports, summaries of information, letters, slides for presentations; analyze changes in legislation in the field of railway transport; carry out an assessment of the possibility of optimizing expenditure on railway tariffs UZ (infrastructure); to ensure the design and coordination of protocols for agreeing the cost of rail transportation (calculation of hryvnias/ton from the profitability of a semi-car) and protocols of tender committees; to calculate end-to-end logistics with the addition of transshipment and sea freight; to compare end-to-end logistics on different transportation routes. Our expectations: higher education in the field of economics or transport and logistics; work experience of more than 1 year in the field of transportation organization of production and logistics companies; advanced level of mastery of MS Excel, TM map, knowledge of SAP / SAP Ariba will be an advantage; stress resistance, communication skills, analytical mindset, ability to work independently and in the team, the desire to organize and structure the work process, work time planning; responsible attitude to work, loyalty to irregular working hours.
