Basic requirements:

• Higher education in the fields of economics, cybernetics, mathematics, programming.
• A confident user of MS Excel (pivotal tables, Power Query, Power BI, formulas), 1C.
• Analytical mindset, attention to details, developed communication skills, ability to work effectively both autonomously and in team.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and identify hidden connections.
• Understanding the business logic of procurement and pricing processes.

 Main tasks:

• Analysis of the company’s procurement activities.
• Building reporting systems to control the effectiveness of procurement.
• Analysis of price trends, conditions of cooperation, of procurement volumes and balances.
• Formation of forecasts of purchasing needs.
• Automation of analytical processes in procurement.
• Collection and verification of procurement data (volumes, prices, terms, balances, etc.).
• Preparation of regular reports for the management of the procurement service and other departments.
• Calculation of key performance indicators (KPI) in procurement.
• Cooperation with IT and financial services to improve data collection systems.
