Today the company MK Merchants Ukraine is actively looking for Head of the Document Support Department (back office)

Your duties will include:

• coordination of the work of the department
• organization and control of work on the accounting of incoming primary documentation of the department (contracts, applications, invoices, acts, TTN/ZHTN )
• formation of registers for payment of the department (acceptance of invoices for carried out transportation)
• control of payment terms according to the contract
• maintenance of the register of movement of goods (railway, car)
• internal reporting to management.

You are definitely our candidate if you have:

• higher education in logistics, economics, accounting
• work experience in a similar position from 2 years
• basics of work in the Windows operating system, with the Microsoft Office package. High level of mastery of Excel, Power query. Work experience in 1C.
