What needs to be done:

• Analysis and verification of client documents, when establishing business relations/current service, in order to identify clients belonging to the category of PEPs (politically significant persons, members of their families and persons related to politically significant persons). 
• Establishing the sources of wealth (wealth)/total assets and conducting their analysis.
• Monitoring business relationships and financial transactions of PEPs clients. 
• Identification of the Bank's clients included in the current sanctions and/or terrorist lists and ensuring the legally established order of their service.
• Maintenance of a database of PEPs category clients, reporting in accordance with the requirements of the law.
