Analyst of the Center for Interaction with Military and Veterans in MHP, PrAT

Today, the company operates the MHP Poruch Program. She takes care of the military and veterans of the company, the residents of the communities in the territories of the presence of the MHP. A separate Center for interaction with military veterans has been created, where as a team we will search for an analyst of the center for interaction with military veterans What we will assign: Be responsible for working with the Center's request database: data entry in tables (MS Excel, Google Sheets, OneDrive); analysis and evaluation of the current architecture of the database, identification of areas for improving data verification for technical errors and their correction; performing technical editing, for example unification of records, supplementing data with additional indicators, etc.; communication with DB (database) users regarding clarification of information; preparation of extracts from the query database, summary tables, calculation of statistics, other analytical operations (if necessary) Responsible for the collection and arrangement of the Center's reporting on the assistance provided Responsible for adapting the received data to the given structure Responsible for the development and implementation of a new CRM for the Center's work Participate in the administration of other related databases ( Power BI)Responsible for the preparation of reports based on the results of the work performedResponsible for the development and implementation of the user technical support systemResponsible for the development of training materials, instructions and manuals for users of the system in the same direction: mathematics, statistics, analytics) Communicative (-s), able to work in a team Proactive (-s) in solving problematic issues, able to find solutions Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point), Google Sheets, OneDrive Why do you need to go today?
