"UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO" is an agro-industrial holding that is one of the TOP agricultural companies of Ukraine (100,000 hectares of land, 2 sugar factories, the largest mill in Ukraine, animal husbandry), opens a competition for the position of Analyst department of benefits and compensations.

Duties :

• Budgeting (management company and 3 production enterprises, total staff of 3000 people).
< li>Control of salary accrual at enterprises according to various wage systems.
• Preparation of analytical and statistical information on wages and the number of personnel by positions, professions, enterprises, etc. Creation of presentations.
• Automation of payroll processes, writing requirements for automation of salary calculation, new bonus systems, generation of various reports. Close interaction with the IT service.
• Participation in various salary and compensation reviews, preparing analytics and proposals based on them.
• Organization and implementation of measures regarding labor regulation, review of existing norms.
• Participation in the development of proposals for personnel motivation and analysis of existing motivations.

Features and requirements for the candidate:

• Higher economic education.
• Knowledge of the basics of legislation and regulatory acts in the field of labor and wages, tracking changes in legislation;
• Advanced work skills with 1C, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas), creating presentations in Power Point. Experience with Power BI preferred. Experience working with large data sets.
• Analytical abilities, structure, systematicity, attention to details, experience in project work.
