Today we are looking for < strong>Analytics / Analyticsfor one of our projects.

PROJECT INFORMATION

The goal of the project is to promote gender equality in the defense sector.

To implement the project, we are looking for an analyst to conduct an analysis of the information space regarding violations of the rights of servicemen, analysis of mechanisms for ensuring human rights in the army and monitoring bills and legislative initiatives on the subject of discrimination of human rights and freedoms.

KEY TASKS

1. Development of the project concept:

  • creating the project content and dividing it into blocks; 
  • analysis of the content of each block of the project and additions;
  • preparation of draft laws, amendments and analytical documents for the Course;
  • cooperation with members of the organization's team who are engaged in monitoring and documentation .


 
2.  Analytical work:

  • analysis of the NPA, mechanisms and practices that regulate the protection of the rights of military personnel. 
  • analysis of policies that ensure the principles of gender equality in the army, combating discrimination.
  • analysis of response mechanisms and counteraction to sexualized violence in the army.
  • development of analytical products - reports and recommendations for policies aimed at protecting women's rights and achieving gender equality.
  • advising the team on researched practices and working together on an advocacy plan.
     
    Previous experience work in a public organization will be an advantage.


RESULTS OF COOPERATION

- concept development and detailing of the project.
- creation and transmission of analytical conclusions and recommendations.
- assistance in creating an analytical report on monitoring educational programs, and recommendations to them.
- recommendations to programs, laws, personnel policies and changes in legislation based on the Course.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS

- higher education, preferably legal and/or public management and administration. 
- expertise in the field of human rights protection.
- strong analytical skills.
- ability to clearly and concisely formulate conclusions and recommendations based on large amounts of information.
- ability to work independently and data analysis.
