Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for troubleshooting production software and integration between systems, including reporting support
• Advises users and IT engineers of the first line of support on working with production software and elimination of basic problems
• Identifies the needs of IT users of production management systems to improve functionality
• Participates in software improvement processes: identifying requirements, developing technical tasks, testing changes
• Administers roles and access rights to production software that is not integrated with Active Directory
• Configures, supports and administers production processes of MES and WMS systems, as well as the equipment that interacts with them (TSD, scales, stations)
• Interacts with third-party contractors to provide advanced software support
• Develops instructions and conducts staff training on working with information production systems
• Participates in company projects as a technical analysis specialist

• In-depth knowledge of software design and development
• Experience with ITIL processes
• Knowledge of infrastructure solutions and virtualization technologies
• Understanding of network technologies
• Experience with architectural manufacturing systems
• Practical skills in working with Microsoft Azure cloud services
