We are looking for a Product Category Analyst to join our team! To successfully perform tasks, you must have: Analytical skills (the ability to work with data, conduct analysis and draw conclusions based on the results obtained); Experience as an analyst; Basic knowledge in accounting and finance; Knowledge of tools and programs for data analysis, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, etc.; Knowledge of the basic principles of marketing and economics, as well as understanding the needs and preferences of the target audience; Attention to detail, readiness to perform tasks in a timely and qualitative manner. Tasks that will be necessary to decide: carry out an assortment analysis (study of the current state of the assortment of goods in a category, identification of successful and ineffective products, determination of the potential for expanding or reducing the assortment); carry out sales forecasting and enter detailed forecasts into the 1C database; prepare presentation materials on sales analysis; market monitoring ( analysis of market trends, changes in consumer behavior, as well as the actions of competitors regarding the range of products) perform work on the formation, maintenance and storage of management information; manage stocks (optimization of the stock level of each product in the category, inventory management, accounting for seasonality and demand).
