• Data analysis and processing using sql-queries
• Working with large arrays data, building models, providing conclusions based on data analysis
• Development, automation and updating of regular reporting and execution of ad-hoc tasks
• Calculation of the efficiency of Contact Center employees
• Participation in projects, preparation of presentations
• Cross-functional interaction with other divisions of the company

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience as an analyst from 2 years
• Experience with MS SQL, Power BI, knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide will be an advantage
• Fluency in MS Office (Excel , Power Point)
• Experience working with complex data arrays, ability to systematize information
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Personal qualities: responsibility, punctuality, attention to details, initiative
• Proficiency in English at a minimum level Intermediate
